Every home we build comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty on our Workmanship, Two-Year on Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Systems and Ten Year Structural Warranty. Our Builder Warranty is backed by “Residential Warranty Company (RWC)”. Our knowledgeable staff will be here for you and your home to assist you with anything that might arise. We provide each customer with the Homeowner Handbook, a publication of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. The Homeowner Handbook is a valuable resource. The insightful and helpful information that’s provided throughout the book details the various aspects associated with the construction process, yearly maintenance procedures, warranty procedures, and contact information that are vital to a lifetime of enjoyment and satisfaction you experience with your home.
